Digital Products Only

FurrificPet sells digital products only (including but not limited to ebooks, guides, PDFs, printables, and downloadable resources). No physical products are shipped.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access or download has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This policy applies to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Lack of results or unmet expectations

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and

  • We are unable to provide a working replacement after support is contacted

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund digital policy.

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes for successfully delivered digital products may be challenged with the payment provider, including evidence of download access.
